We want you to be confident that Desktop Call Recorder meets your needs before purchasing.
Desktop Call Recorder is available as a free version that is fully functional and can be used to evaluate compatibility, recording quality, and features. The free version is subject to fair usage limitations, while Pro subscriptions provide additional benefits and remove those limitations.
We recommend testing the free version before purchasing a subscription.
Refunds
Subscriptions are delivered electronically in the form of activation codes.
Because customers can fully evaluate the software before purchasing and activation codes are issued immediately after payment, refund requests are generally not approved once an activation code has been issued.
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve installation, configuration, or compatibility problems.
Duplicate or Accidental Orders
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us and we will be happy to review the situation.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions remain active for the purchased term. Refunds are generally not available for unused subscription periods, partial terms, or subscriptions that are no longer required.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that every situation is different. While refunds are not normally provided after an activation code has been issued, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis.
