Desktop Call Recorder Websites and Software Privacy Policy

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

Domit LTD ("we", "us", or "our") takes the privacy of our users ("you") seriously. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you visit our websites or use the Desktop Call Recorder software. Please read it carefully. If you don't agree with these terms, please do not use the site or software.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date will change accordingly. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site or software after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy. We recommend checking back periodically to stay informed.

What Information Do We Collect?

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and which features you use.

1. Website visits — visit statistics:

  • Date and time of visit
  • IP address
  • Referring URL (the page you came from)
  • Pages visited
  • Anonymous random ID
  • Browser type

2. Account registration — login details:

  • Your email address (used as your login)

3. Purchases — order and payment data:

We use Stripe (stripe.com) and PayPal (paypal.com) to process payments. We do not store or have access to your card or bank details — all payment processing is handled entirely by those gateways. We retain transaction IDs, payment dates, amounts, and any other information provided by the gateway needed to fulfill your order, along with the details you enter when completing your invoice.

4. Desktop Call Recorder software:

We do not store your recordings. All recordings are saved locally on your computer, or to a network drive if you've configured one manually as the destination folder.

Bug reports are sent manually by you from within the software. They may include technical data to help us diagnose issues, and optionally your email address if you'd like us to follow up.

How Do We Use Your Information?

Visit statistics are used to monitor site performance, fix errors, understand general usage patterns, and maintain security.

Login details give you access to your account, purchase history, and software activation codes.

Order and payment data is retained as required under UK law.

Bug reports are used solely to provide technical support.

Will Your Information Be Shared?

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

Legal compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable law, government request, court order, or legal process — including requests from public authorities for national security or law enforcement purposes.

Safety and legal rights: We may also disclose information where we believe it's necessary to investigate potential policy violations, suspected fraud, threats to someone's safety, illegal activity, or to defend ourselves in litigation.
