HomeDesktop Call Recorder End User License Agreement

Desktop Call Recorder End User License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (the "End User") and Domit LTD ("Developer"). By installing or using the Desktop Call Recorder software (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Grant of License

The Software is available as freeware for personal, non-commercial use at home, subject to a fair usage policy that limits the number of calls that can be recorded within a given period. The free version is not licensed for commercial use. If you need to use the Software commercially, you must purchase the Pro version, which is available as an annual subscription.

2. Proprietary Rights

The Software is and remains the exclusive property of the Developer. This license gives you the right to use the Software — it does not transfer ownership to you. You may not distribute, rent, sublicense, or make the Software or its documentation available to others except as expressly permitted here, and only with prior written consent from the Developer. Any authorised transfer requires the recipient to accept the terms of this License Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

4. Lawful Use

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with the laws of your country or region. Download and use may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. If your use of the Software legally requires you to notify another party, that obligation rests with you.

5. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Developer makes no warranty that the Software is free from third-party intellectual property claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

You accept use of the Software on an "as is" and "with all faults" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer and its suppliers will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software or inability to use it — even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to lost profits or losses resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Software. In any case, the Developer's total liability shall not exceed the license fees, if any, that you actually paid for the Software.

7. Severability and Non-Waiver

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Failure by either party to enforce any term of this Agreement does not waive their right to enforce it later, nor does it waive any other term of the Agreement.

The Software includes the following third-party open source components:
