Refund Policy - Desktop Call Recorder

Before You Purchase
Desktop Call Recorder comes as a free version that is fully functional. You can install it and test compatibility, recording quality, and every feature you need before paying for anything. We strongly recommend trying the free version first to confirm the software works for your setup — a Pro subscription mainly removes the free version’s fair usage limits, so there is little you cannot evaluate beforehand.
Refunds
Pro subscriptions are delivered electronically as activation codes, issued immediately after payment. Because you can fully evaluate the software for free before buying, and the activation code is delivered straight away, we do not normally provide refunds once an activation code has been issued.
If you run into a problem, please contact us first at team@desktopcallrecorder.com. We will do our best to resolve any installation, configuration, or compatibility issue.
Subscription Renewals
A subscription stays active for the term you paid for. We do not normally refund unused time, partial periods, or a subscription you no longer need. You can cancel at any time to stop it renewing; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Duplicate or Accidental Orders
If you are charged more than once for the same order by mistake, contact us and we will put it right.
Exceptional Circumstances
Every situation is different. Although refunds are not normally provided once an activation code has been issued, we are happy to look at individual requests and may make an exception at our discretion.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where the law in your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply.
